The Nios® II Processor: Booting (Legacy Course) - 20 Minutes This course will teach you about the different booting sequences and methods for the Nios II processor. You will learn about booting from serial and parallel flash, using a boot copier, or executing in place (XIP). Using the Altera® Quartus® Prime programmer command line tool to program flash will be explained. Booting and executing from the User Flash Memory (UFM) in an Altera® Max® 10 device will also be discussed.
