Description Due to a problem in the Ethernet Toolkit of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, v21.2, internal adaptation failure might occur for E-Tile 100G Ethernet PAM4 design example targeting the Intel Agilex® 7 FPGAs F-Series. This is because Channel0 or Channel1 loopback mode is wrongly set to OFF during internal adaptation. Resolution To work around this problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.2, you may change the loopback mode to serial loopback in the Transceiver Toolkit manually during internal adaptation. This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v22.3.
