Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1 and earlier, you may see the Etherlink tool print “ Failed to recv H2T header ” when using JTAG-Over-Protocol FPGA IP on Agilex™ 7 FPGA and SoC FPGA. Resolution To avoid this error, enable the Enable use of TCK-ENA option in the JTAG-Over-Protocol FPGA IP. The problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
