Please send me the document that shows the footprint for the EPCQ128ASI16N. It is an active part, The footprint info is not in the datasheet. A search at INTEL comes up empty. - Please send me the document that shows the footprint for the EPCQ128ASI16N. It is an active part, The footprint info is not in the datasheet. Hi RQuic, For Package Dimension Diagram 16-PIN SOIC EPCQ128A device, kindly refer to the following link (Table 14 on page 19) https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/an/an822.pdf#page=19 Thanks.

Ok, Intel Customer Support will need to step in here and tell us if there is any additional information available. Nothing additional is obvious to me. Sorry, ...S

Thanks Scott. I have that document and the pinout is understood. What’s not in the datasheet is the dimensions of the part and the pads I need to put on the board to support the part in the layout. It’s does say SOIC-16 but I can’t count on that being a standard footprint. Bob

The pinout for the parts is right there in the datasheet (see page 7). Here is link to version I was looking at (which I found with a simple google, BTW): https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cfg/cfg_cf52014.pdf . ...S - 2019-01-09
