Description Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software versions 20.1 and prior, programming a QSPI flash connected to an Intel Stratix® 10 device with a JAM file will fail if the JAM file is generated from a .jic file where there are multiple devices in the JTAG chain.
