Following the activation process at Create New License does not load the screen. Logging into Self Service Licensing Center keeps showing that you may already be logged in, or that you do not have the necessary permissions to access this page.

The email address we are using is already registered and following the steps can no longer be done, it will prompt that the email address has been registered. Can not proceed to the next step.

Hi, According to IT, you have access to certain Intel engagements but not FPGA. You need FPGA access to access the Self-Service Licensing Page. Could you please try to register again, by following the steps provided in the previous comment? Thanks, Nurina

Thanks for the reply. Regarding your comment about registering an account, we have already registered using email. The email address is already being hosted when you do the registration. How should we get FPGA access
