The models for these pins will be assigned a drive strength of 16mA, but they are actually configured with the default drive strength of 8mA as shown in the Pin Planner. This only affects the 2.5V LVTTL/LVCMOS I/O standards, no other standards are affected by this issue. Resolution This issue is fixed in the Quartus II software version 11.1.
