Is flash access Nios II/f only - Is flash access Nios II/f only Hi, I've been using the C10LP dev kit to test out the XIP option from EPCQ flash. This works fine with a Nios II/f core but not a Nios II/e - I assume this is because II/f provides an instruction cache. Now, my question is, for general flash access, e.g. to read/write calibration data, would I still need to use the II/f? Or would the II/e support this? Also, I can't find any info regarding licensing requirements for II/f - are there any? Many thanks Replies: Re: Is flash access Nios II/f only Nios II e/f can write and read data from flash. For Nios II licensing, you can refer to below: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable/processor/nios-ii/embedded-ip-suite.html - 2021-04-28
