Resolution To work around this problem follow the steps below: Open /ip/altera/sopc_builder_ip/altera_avalon_epcs_flash_controller/em_epcs_qsys.pm file in a text editor. Remove "( eq "ARRIAVGZ") ||", Arria V GZ device from the condition check logic at line 699. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® II software.
