I can generate sof's and rbf's just fine. There is no indication of time limits. I am using the Lite version of Quartus. Thanks, Chris. Check the Quartus log messages for a warning on the license or Evaluation Mode. During Intel FPGA IP Evaluation Mode, the Compiler only generates a time-limited device programming file (_time_limited.sof). The IP Base Suite is also installed with the Intel Quartus Prime Lite Edition Software. Full licenses to this suite are purchased separately .
