You cant add an emif interface to your project with the file length making the project worthless because it cant compile. Do the auto generated file names need to be so verbose? If so, this is a Windows limitation. Windows limits the combined length of a file name and its path to 260 characters. If your project path exceeds this limit, Quartus may be unable to access the required IP or design files. Additionally, the Quartus Prime Pro 26.1 installer includes an option to enable Windows Long Path Support by default. Older installers may not provide this option. Alternatively, you can refer to the KDB below for instructions on enabling long path support in Windows.
