The Pin Connection Guidelines shows the following possible pinouts: I do not have any of these group pins available. Will it be possible to connect to UART0 via other GPIOs? But, instead of UART0 you can use the UART1 and it will not make difference in accessing. Also, you can route this UART0 to FPGA fabric as well. The tool will let you know if the peripherals you want to use will be available based on the choices you make there.
