Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II version 12.1 SP1 and earlier, you may see the phase shift is not applied in the ALTPLL megafunction when using the wizard. This problem occurs for some frequencies when the phase shift is specified in degrees. The phase shift shown under Actual Settings will be 0.00.
