Description Due to an issue in Quartus® Prime software versions earlier than 17.0, the Fault Injection Debugger IP may cause CRAM corruption during fault injection in Arria® 10 devices, which may lead to one of the following failures : - Fault Injection IP not found. - Lost SignalTap instance. - Failure to read the Error Message Register (EMR) or read invalid EMR content. - Internal Scrubbing cannot recover the functional failure in user logic. Resolution This issue is resolved in Quartus® Prime software version 17.0.
