Personally I would expect a brief explanation of concept, list of exported data types and implemented commands. Thus I'l add a question mark to "sufficient". Anyway, I appreciate that the Python interface was published as is. One note is that the module in only available using quartus_py. This can be accessed using the Quartus Command Window (Windows OS) or by exporting the quartus/bin directory (Linux).
