This problem can result from changes to files included by the C file containing the accelerated function. The C2H Compiler fails to check that the generated hardware description language (HDL) matches the previously generated HDL causing the system to be regenerated. Resolution To avoid this issue move the accelerator-specific information from the include file to a separate include file.
