Description Due to a problem in the SDM firmware in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 20.3 and later, when using the eSRAM Intel® FPGA IP in Intel® Stratix® 10 MX or DX devices, you might see single-bit errors at random memory locations. The errors are always in the same location within a given device. Resolution To work around this problem, use the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.2 or earlier to generate the configuration file or to download the SOF file into the device. This problem is fixed in the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1.
