I was instructed through the Intel online chat to request Stratix 10 DX2800 the FloTHERM compact thermal model (CTM) through this forum for a thermal analysis of the device. The power comes form EPE or PTC based on the design resource usage. If you have the PTC for this design, with that the Engineering team can provide the powers for each tile and few other thermal parameters. Hi Eng Wei The thermal model does not provide a thermal design power value, we plan to have an FPGA wattage of about 200 watts.
