The Quartus II Fitter allows incorrect I/O standard assignments for MAX 10 devices - The Quartus II Fitter allows incorrect I/O standard assignments for MAX 10 devices
Description In Quartus ® II software versions 14.1 update 1 and previous releases, the Fitter erroneously allows you to assign a 1.2 V I/O standard to BANK 8 in your design; the 1.2 V I/O standard is not supported for the MAX ® 10 device when the bank has reserved programming pins. BANK 8 only contains programming pins supporting 1.5 V to 3.3 V. When you compile your design, the compilation erroneously passes. Resolution This issue will be fixed in a future release.
