Description Due to a problem with the HPS GMII to RGMII Adapter FPGA IP in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2, ethernet designs on Agilex™ 5 devices fail to ping or be pinged. Resolution No workaround for the HPS GMII to RGMII Adapter FPGA IP in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2. Users are advised to use Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software Version 24.1 to maintain the functionality of designs using the HPS GMII to RGMII Adapter FPGA IP (see also KDB article ). This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
