Pre-Compiled Components (PCC) Flow - This Quick Video introduces a new technology included in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software. Pre-Compiled Components (PCC) allow users to save time by avoiding full synthetization of all the IPs in a design when only one IP has been modified. To achieve this, Quartus generates a local cache where partially synthesized IPs are stored, and then for subsequent synthetization of the design, Quartus will read the unchanged IPs from this cache thus, not requiring full synthetization.
