I'm currently developing a custom board based on the SOC-FPGA component, Cyclone V model 5CSEBA6U23I7N. In order to build the component in our systems, I need to find the company's official PDF document with the package specifications, i.e., pin spacing, height, length, etc. Usually this appears as part of the Datasheet under the PACKAGE DESCRIPTION section, but here it does not exist (Handbook, Datasheet...). The Footprint model does not help - I need an official PDF document from the company. Can you please direct me to the relevant document?
