Description The HBM2 catastrosphic temperature sensor (CATTRIP) is activated when the HBM2 memory exceeds the catastrophic trip threshold (CATTEMP) value which is the same as the maximum absolute junction temperature of the Intel® Stratix® 10 MX device as shown in the Intel Stratix 10 Device Datasheet .
