Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Standard and Pro software version 16.1 and later, the device doesn't enter working mode after peripheral RBF file is configured into device. Uboot may print out following messages when compressed configuration file is used and Early I/O release feature is enabled on A10 SoC device. DDRCAL: Failed or FPGA: Poll CD failed with error code -10 Resolution When Early I/O release feature is used on A10 SoC device and meet above problem, try to use uncompressed RBF configuration file. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime Standard and Pro software.
