Description Due to a problem with the Quartus® II software versions 9.1 and earlier, you may observe multiple quartus_sh.exe processes running even after the Quartus II software has been closed. The problem is related to the TalkBack feature in the Quartus II software which collects design meta-data and sends it to Altera®. To work around this problem, you can disable the TalkBack feature by one of the following methods.
