Across these three new package options, customers can take advantage of DDR5-6400 , up to 204.8 GBps memory bandwidth , and 768 GPIO , while choosing the connectivity and transceiver mix that best fits the target architecture. R31G is built for designs that need more host connectivity and PCIe flexibility. With 2 F-Tiles and 2 R-Tiles, it supports PCIe-centric acceleration architectures and enables more flexible multi-host designs, making it a strong option for 800G or 2x400G Ethernet , AI NIC, storage acceleration, and cloud acceleration. R47C is the maximum-bandwidth option for systems where moving more data, faster, is the primary requirement. With 4 F-Tiles fully connected, it doubles the number of 116G transceivers previously available and delivers up to 80 high-speed transceivers , including 16 channels up to 116G PAM4 , extending what is possible for AI acceleration, broadcast, advanced video, embedded and bandwidth-intensive networking. R47D adds a right-sized option for customers who need an efficient fit between required capability and package configuration, with an option to scale.
