In the specs it's recommended an ambient operating temperature range from 0C to 45C, but I don’t find the non-operating temperature limit of the hole board (not only the FPGA). Please be advise not to perform extreme temperature test on dev kit as it may damage the board. Dev kit is meant for typical room temp (25c) functional testing only and not to be used for extreme temperature testing.
