Description When using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software version 18.1 for the programming of Macronix flash devices, you will observe a successful programming sequence, but you may observe an Active Serial (x1 and x4) configuration failure after a power cycle, with Intel® Arria® 10 or Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX devices. Resolution To work around this problem, check the “Disable EPCS/EPCQ ID check” option in the 'Advanced Options' of the 'Convert Programming File' tool. This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1.
