Why does the Power and Thermal Calculator not update after deleting a row? - Why does the Power and Thermal Calculator not update after deleting a row?
Description Due to a problem in the Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC) version 24.3 and earlier, you might see that deleting a row on the Transceiver, PLL, IO, or NoC page does not cause an update of the reported corresponding used resource percentage. In addition, if there is an overuse of resource error related to this entry, it will not be clear on that row’s deletion. Resolution To work around this problem, perform any one of these actions: Add a new blank row to the affected page Modify any editable parameter on the affected page Save the PTC file and open it up again This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the PTC.
