The license page says, I can re-seat this license 3 times. When I activate the license, it is saying that I can have the license on 2 more computers with the same user name. If I activate it on 3 computers, it will not affect the number of times I can re-seat the license. Is this correct? The license you mentioned is not for the Quartus software. You can request to create a license here: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html You can choose between floating and fixed license.
