Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1, you may see RX_PCS_Ready low for the F-tile Ethernet Hard IP with Auto-Negotiation and Link Training (AN/LT). This problem happens for FHT Dynamic Reconfiguration designs when performing skip AN, skip LT when switching from DAC to AOC cable setup. Resolution Currently, there is no workaround for this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
