The PSS Servo enables your solution to conform to telecom synchronization requirements as outlined in ITU-T recommendations G.8261, G.8273.2, and G.8273.4, as well as the specifications of the O-RAN S-plane. It’s also suitable for applications requiring a high level of synchronization in finance, broadcast, energy and industry, reducing integration effort and lowering operational costs. The PSS Servo runs on any Altera FPGA with HPS and Ethernet transceiver with PTP support. It is agnostic to PLL and oscillator and has been verified on Agilex 5, 7 and Stratix 10. It works with both 10G and 25G Ethernet. It has been verified with various PLL (TI, Skyworks, Renesas, Microchip) as well as with various TCXO and OCXO.
