Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2, the E-Tile Ethernet Toolkit and the P-Tile Debug Toolkit are not visible when the target device is an OPN including the parameters AGF019/023 R25A FP. When targeting these OPNs, the TCL scripts for these toolkits will also fail to run from System Console after the design_load command. This problem only happens when the device being targeted is the Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) silicon but the bitstream has been compiled by the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2 with a non-FIPS OPN. Resolution To work around this problem, ensure that the device OPN in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2 is the Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) silicon when using FIPS OPN devices in hardware.
