Nios II does not recognize the Qsys Address Span Extender windowed_slave interface as a reset vector location - Nios II does not recognize the Qsys Address Span Extender windowed_slave interface as a reset vector location
Description In the Quartus® II software release version 14.0, if the Qsys system integration tool’s Address Span Extender slave control port is disabled, the Address Span Extender acts as a bridge. This can impact your system design if the Nios® II "reset vector memory" or "exception vector memory" is set to the Address Span Extender windowed_slave interface; Nios II will not recognize the windowed_slave interface as a reset vector location.Qsys Resolution You must set the Nios II "reset vector memory" to "absolute" in the Qsys Component Editor.
