It integrates a quad-core 64-bit ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor running up to 1.4GHz, with up to 1,437,240 logic elements in the FPGA fabric. The module includes 8GB DDR4 with ECC each for both the HPS and FPGA subsystems, alongside 32GB eMMC and upgradeable QSPI flash, offering a balanced blend of compute, memory, and storage in a compact 82mm x 110mm form factor. What sets this SoM apart is its direct RF capability: it features 4 ADCs and 4 DACs with sampling rates up to 64Gsps, enabling direct RF signal capture and generation without the need for additional converters.
