Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.0 Arria 10 Edition, if you upgrade a design that contains either RAM: 1-port or RAM: 2-port IP, the design does not recognize the initial content from memory. This problem affects any designs that contain RAM: 1-port or RAM: 2-port IP. Resolution To work around this problem, open the IP parameter editor, on the Mem Init tab, under Memory initial Mode , browse to your initial content memory File name . This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
