Why does the link-up failure happen when switching between duplex and simplex modes by the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite IP in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software versions 25.1.1 and 25.3? - Why does the link-up failure happen when switching between duplex and simplex modes by the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite IP in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software versions 25.1.1 and 25.3? Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software versions 25.1.1 and 25.3, you may see the link-up fail when switching between duplex and simplex modes by the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite IP, particularly when the simplex mode IP/profile is set as the startup IP/profile. This problem is not encountered in previous Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software versions. Resolution To work around this problem, ensure that the duplex mode IP/profile is set as the startup profile when performing dynamic reconfiguration between simplex and duplex modes with the F-Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Suite IP. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
