Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime 19.4 Pro Edition and earlier, a Programmer Object File (.pof) generated with the Programming File Generator has wrong data format in Intel Cyclone® 10 LP. So the Passive Serial (PS) configuration with the .pof fails. Resolution Use the Convert Programming Files instead of the Programming File Generator when the Intel® Quartus® Prime 19.4 Pro Edition or earlier is used. This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime 20.1 Pro Edition.
