DisplayPort IP Core Replaces BS Symbol With SR Symbol at the Wrong Interval - DisplayPort IP Core Replaces BS Symbol With SR Symbol at the Wrong Interval Description The DisplayPort specification requires every 512th BS symbol be replaced with SR symbol. However, the Altera DisplayPort TX core replaces every 256th BS symbol to SR symbol. This issue may cause interoperability problems with certain devices. Resolution There is no workaround for this issue. This issue is fixed in version 16.0 of the DisplayPort IP core.
