Why does Active Serial Configuration fail at low temperatures for 28 nm FPGAs ? - Why does Active Serial Configuration fail at low temperatures for 28 nm FPGAs ?
Description Active Serial configuration might fail while configuring a Cyclone® V, Stratix® V, or Arria® V FPGA at low temperatures. This might occur due to hold time violations at low temperatures when the device has been running for a long time. Resolution Use a serial flash device that has a longer hold time to be able to configure successfully in Active Serial mode at low temperatures.
