This DQS Enable Calibration failure report can be ignored if the DQ/DQS read and write margins show passing valid window values. Resolution To work around this problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.3 and earlier, you can also verify that the local_cal_success signal is asserted using the Signal Tap Logic Analyzer tool.
