Description Due to a problem with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1 and 20.2, designs targeting Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA devices with the following characteristics will fail to configure: The design includes a Hard Processor System (HPS) Uses an internal oscillator as the configuration clock source or Uses external clock (OSC_CLK_1) as the configuration clock source (with -3 speed grade device) Resolution This problem is fixed starting with Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3. To resolve this problem, update the latest device manager firmware for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software 21.1/21.2/21.3/21.4/22.1/22.2/22.3. The latest device manager firmware versions are available from the following link: What is the latest device firmware for Intel Agilex® FPGA and Intel ® Stratix® 10 devices?
