Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 24.3.1, you may see the rx_ready port of the GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY FPGA IP variant could assert or toggle unexpectedly under the following conditions when the RX Adaptation mode is set to “manual”. Invalid data on the RX Pins from the link partner Unconnected RX pins During Link Bringup Resolution Currently, there is no workaround for this problem. Signals need to be debounced by user logic. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
