AGILEX 3 for hobbyists? - AGILEX 3 for hobbyists?
Hello. I'm planning a new hobbyist project (gotta start somewhere) and I'm thinking about using the MAX 10 and I know it will be available until 2035. But I recently discovered that there will be a new low cost AGILEX 3 coming and I was wondering if that will be supported on the Quartus Prime Lite? Can anyone share some info about the AGILEX 3? Is it non-volatile? How many PLL's? Blocks? Memory? I'm curious. Regards Robin Kleven

It would be nice to have a new device with on-chip flash again, like MAX 10, but I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon, especially with the lifetime extension for those older devices.

Hello, Agilex3 is not meant to replace MAX10, Cyclone V and Cyclone 10. These device will continue to be available until 2040. Agilex3 will not have non-volatile memory like MAX10. Instead it will have ARM-A55 core. regards, Farabi

Hi Farabi, Can you comment if there will be an Agilex 3 serie with non volatile configuration memory, to replace the MAX 10 family?
