Intel Arria 10 - Package Type question - Intel Arria 10 - Package Type question
Hello, Trying to order an Arria 10 OPN, and would like to understand the ordering info. In the picture above, it mentions the package type and package code. In the I/O migration page below, there is a table which mentions package as "KF40" and "NF40". What does the K and N signify here?. Document: A10-OVERVIEW ID: 683332 Version: 2022.02.14

Re: Intel Arria 10 - Package Type question
Hi MK_ABQ, Sorry for the delay in response. It is just a variation of the package plan of Intel Arria 10 devices. You may refer to the details of IO mentioned in the table below in A10-OVERVIEW : Arria 10 GX Devices Table 8, Page 11 Arria 10 SX Devices Table 14, Page 16 Regards, Fakhrul - 2022-09-30
