For now, the workaround is to manually extract the pinout using the Pin Planner tool in Quartus. Choose the target OPN in the Device Window. Go to Assignments → Pin Planner. In Pin Planner, open the View tab → Pin Migration Window. Click Export to save the pinout in .csv format.
