Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3.1, using either of the two presets shown below with the GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY IP will generate an error message while being used for configuration. S.No. PMA/FEC Direct Presets Description 1 FECDirect_10G_1_Lane_System_PLL_FirecodeFEC One FEC Direct GTS lane, operating at 10.3125 Gbps with system PLL clocking mode (Firecode FEC enabled) 2 PMADirect_6G_2_System_PLL_Custom_Cadence Two PMA Direct GTS lanes, operating at 3.4 Gbps per lane, with system PLL clocking mode (Custom cadence enabled) The issue is limited to only these two preset configurations.
