Description Due to a problem with the Quartus® II software versions 9.0 and later, the Design Assistant may not flag violations of Rule M103 for designs that should trigger the rule check. Rule M103 should be triggered for designs containing finite state machines with one or more unreachable states. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
