RapidIO IP Core Might Incorrectly Flag CRC Error - RapidIO IP Core Might Incorrectly Flag CRC Error Description If a RapidIO IP core receives the following sequence of symbols on the RapidIO link, followed by data, the IP core might incorrectly flag a CRC error. start-of-packet control symbol NOP (Ignore) symbol NOP (Ignore) symbol NOP (Ignore) symbol The probability of the IP core flagging a CRC error following this sequence is 50%, because this error occurs only when the IP core maps the start-of-packet control symbol to the upper 64 bits of the 128-bit internal data bus. Resolution This issue has no workaround. This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the RapidIO IP core.
