The error occurs when the number of channels controlled by the reconfiguration controller exceeds six for Arria® II GX and Arria® II GZ, four for Cyclone® IV GX, or six for Stratix® IV. Resolution To work around this problem, either compile your design using the Quartus® II software version 14.0 or ensure that you do not exceed the relevant number of channels controlled by your reconfiguration controller.
